Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell digital products – printable files, editable templates (e.g. Canva template links) and spreadsheets. Nothing is shipped. Preview images may show sample content and photos that are not included.

3. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when payment is completed. Prices are shown in USD; applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery

Download links are shown immediately after payment and sent by e-mail. They stay active for 30 days; we resend them on request.

5. Right of withdrawal

By checking the consent box at checkout you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts. See the refund policy.

6. License

Use of the products is governed by our license.

7. Liability

Contract, financial and business templates are general starting points, not legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for adapting them to your situation.

8. Complaints and disputes

Contact hello@uprinted.com. Consumers in the EU may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution body competent for the seller (in the Czech Republic: Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz).

9. Governing law

Czech law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
