Refund policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly. Before checkout you confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available (EU consumer law, Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).

When we refund

• The file is damaged, won’t open or the template link doesn’t work – and we can’t fix it for you.
• The product is clearly different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same product.

Write to hello@uprinted.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights in case of defective digital content are not affected.
