Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Orders: e-mail address, purchased products and order history – to deliver your files and handle support (performance of contract). Kept for 10 years for accounting.
• Payments: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
• Newsletter: e-mail address, only if you subscribe (consent). Unsubscribe any time via the link in each e-mail.
• Statistics: we count page views per day and where visits come from (e.g. Pinterest or Google, the country from the network and mobile/desktop). No cookies, no IP addresses and no profiles are stored; a visit's source is kept only in your browser tab (sessionStorage) and, if you buy, saved with your order so we know which channels work (legitimate interest).

Cookies

We don’t use advertising cookies. Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us until you check out.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@uprinted.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority (Czech Republic: ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz).
