How do I get my files?
Right after payment a download page opens and we e-mail you the same links. Links work for 30 days – write to us any time if you need them again.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. All our Canva templates work with a free Canva account. If you use Pro elements yourself, Canva may ask you to pay for those.
How do the Google Sheets templates work?
Your download includes a PDF with a link. Click it, choose “Make a copy” and the spreadsheet is saved to your own Google Drive. Excel (.xlsx) files are included too.
Can I print the templates?
Yes. Print at home or at any print shop. Choose “Actual size” or 100 % scale. Most printables come in US Letter and A4.
Will anything be shipped?
No – every product is a digital download. Nothing physical is sent.
Can I use the templates for my business?
Business templates (pricing guides, contracts, welcome books…) may be used for your own business and sent to your own clients. You may not resell or share the templates themselves. See the license page.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files can’t be returned, sales are final. If a file doesn’t work or isn’t as described, we’ll fix it or refund you.
Are the contract templates legal advice?
No. They are well-structured starting points. Laws differ between countries and states, so have a local professional review any contract before you use it.

Yes – our Etsy shop has delivered 2,700+ orders. Buying here supports us directly.
